* REGISTRATION AND SAFEGUARDING OF STUDENT RECORDS
* This is provided by the office of the registrar which coordinates activities pertaining to registration, transfer and graduation of students. It is in charge of maintaining and safeguarding student’s academic records.
* SCHOLARSHIP – The college offers scholarship to deserving needy students, particularly the following:
+ Academic Scholarship. The following shall be granted to qualified students, subject to passing the college admission requirements.
+ Full Tuition Scholarship for high school valedictorian.
+ Half Tuition Scholarship for high school salutatorian
+ To continue availment of this scholarship, the student must satisfy the following:
* Have a weighted average of not less than 1.75 with no grade lower than 2.0 during a semester’s work;
* Carry the full load requirement of his/her programs;
* The college
* Have a good attendance record.
* Honorific Scholarship. Students who pass the criteria stated above in the previous semester shall qualify to honorific scholarships and may apply for scholarship to the DSA.
* Special scholarships are granted to subject to terms and condition of the sponsor and provide the applicant satisfies admission requirements and academic regulations of a college.
* All scholarship grants shall be subject to the admission requirements of the college.
* Only one scholarship grant shall be enjoyed by a student enrolled in the college.
* Procedure for availment of college scholarship grants.
* Applicant files application in writing to the chairman of the scholarship committee attaching required documents before enrollment.
* Institute of director recommends applicant for scholarship to the DSA.
* Upon approval, the chairman of the scholarship committee submits list of recommended applicants to the Dean of Instruction who further recommends for approval by the College President.
* The scholarship committee shall furnish the list of approved scholars to the institute directors, College registrar and Cashier and Dean of Instruction.
* The Scholarship committee shall monitor scholar’s performance and provide counseling when necessary.
* The scholarship committee submits a report of rating to sponsor and prepares a list of those who qualified for the continuance of the scholarship for the succeeding semester.
* GUIDANCE SERVICES – Guidance is an integral part of the educational development of the students and shall include the following;
o Individual Inventory Service
o Information Service
o Counseling Service
o Follow-up Service
o Testing Service
o Placement Service
o Research and Evaluation
* LIBRARY SERVICES

Rules and regulations are prepared for guidance purposes. They should strictly be observed to ensure smooth delivery service.

* General Policies:
* The library is a place for a serious study and research. All users are requested to help maintain a quit, scholarly atmosphere in the library.
* Talking out of necessity must be done in a subdued tone. SILENCE COURTESY and THOUGHTFULNESS should strictly be observed.
* Valuables should not be left unattended. The librarian will not be responsible for lost of things, etc.
* Any authorized withdrawal of any reference material is considered THIEFED. Such act will merit a recommendation for suspension or expulsion. Deliberate making, defacing or destruction of any library property will also merit a disciplinary action determined by the school.
* Close and returned books , periodicals that are read inside the library in their original places,
* Return the chairs to its proper place before transferring or leaving the area.
* Damaged or loss reference materials and books should be reported immediately. A month grace period is granted to enable one to look for a replacement and pay for required charges. Temporary suspension of borrowing privileged will be imposed and be lifted only when the matter is settled.
* Library clearance and signing of clearance to the students will be granted only to those who have no library obligation.
* The service center reserves the right to refuse admission and to inspect all things brought inside and outside the library.
* Students have no ID and NOT WEARING COMPLETE UNIFORM are not allowed to enter the library.
* Service Hours:

8:00 – 12:00 AM Monday to Friday
12:00 – 1:00 PM Monday to Friday Exclusively for H.S Students
1:00 – 5:00 PM Monday to Friday

* MEDICAL AND DENTAL SERVICES –As far as possible the college shall provide the academic community with a resident physician, a nurse and a dentist. Services of the medical and Dental personnel, if any, shall be made available to the three campuses of the college.
* CAFETERIA SERVICES – The cafeteria shall serve a well balanced food to meet the nutritional needs of the college community. Catering services may be availed of through advance reservation with the cafeteria management.
* SPORTS AND CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT – To the sports and cultural development of the college shall provide wholesome athletic and cultural involvement of the student to maintain there physical fitness and develop social graces.
